(a.k.a. The One-Bite Wonder That Stole the Party)

Stuffed mushrooms are like the secret weapon of appetizers. Small. Unassuming. Then boom—FLAVOR. Add Smokin’ Ts to the mix and suddenly that polite little hors d’oeuvre turns into a full-on flavor punch right to the taste buds.
They’re creamy, smoky, salty, and a little crispy on top—basically everything you want in one glorious, mushroom-shaped package.
🧂 What You’ll Need:
- 16–20 baby bella mushrooms, stems removed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion or parsley
- 2 tbsp Smokin’ Ts (plus more for drizzling)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: grated parmesan for a crispy finish
🔥 How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Clean mushrooms and pop out stems (save for soup or compost if you’re that person).
- Mix cream cheese, bacon, breadcrumbs, green onion, and Smokin’ Ts until smooth and spreadable.
- Spoon filling into each mushroom cap. Don’t be shy—mushrooms love drama.
- Sprinkle with parmesan if using. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Drizzle with a little extra Smokin’ Ts before serving and watch them disappear.
🎉 Serving Suggestion:
Serve warm on a tray, with tiny napkins no one uses and a smug grin because you made these.
