(a.k.a. The Sandwich That Ignores Boundaries—Like Sauce Should)

Sloppy Joes are that wild cousin of the burger who shows up late to dinner, slightly tipsy, and still manages to be the life of the party. And when you bring Smokin’ Ts to the mix? Total flavor chaos—in the best way.
We’re talking ground beef (or turkey if you’re playing it cool), tangy-smoky sauce, and buns that are 100% going to fall apart under pressure. Just like the good ones do.
🧂 What You’ll Need:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup Smokin’ Ts (Original or With A Kick)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt & pepper
- 4 soft sandwich buns
- Optional: pickles, cheese slices, slaw, zero regrets
🔥 How to Make It:
- Brown the ground meat in a skillet. Drain the excess fat (or don’t—flavor, baby).
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft and the kitchen smells like decisions are being made.
- Stir in ketchup, Smokin’ Ts, Worcestershire, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer on low for 10–15 minutes until thick and saucy.
- Scoop a hearty mound onto buns. Top with extras if you like to live dangerously.
😎 Serving Suggestion:
Serve with chips, a side of paper towels, and maybe eat it over the sink if you’re emotionally honest.
