(a.k.a. Crispy, Cheesy, Saucy Chaos in a Folded Tortilla)

Quesadillas are the comfort food of “I don’t know what to make but I want to feel alive.” Add some leftover chicken (or not), a heap of melty cheese, and a generous smear of Smokin’ Ts, and suddenly it’s not just lunch—it’s a personal renaissance in your frying pan.
These babies are crispy on the outside, gooey in the middle, and deliver that smoky, tangy kick that makes you say, “Okay okay okay… who made this?” (It was you. You made this.)
🧂 What You’ll Need:
- 2 flour tortillas (8- or 10-inch)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, jack, mozzarella—dealer’s choice)
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken or pinto beans (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp Smokin’ Ts
- Butter or oil for the pan
- Optional: chopped onions, jalapeños, cilantro, sour cream for dipping
🔥 How to Make It:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Lay one tortilla down. Sprinkle half the cheese, protein, and any extras.
- Drizzle (or swipe) a healthy amount of Smokin’ Ts across the filling.
- Top with the rest of the cheese, then the second tortilla.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and melty. Flip with confidence.
- Slice into triangles. Marvel at the cheese pull. Serve hot with more Smokin’ Ts for dipping.
🎉 Serving Suggestion:
Serve with a side of sass and napkins. Bonus points if eaten standing over the stove with a can of soda and no shame.
