(a.k.a. One Sauce Was Never Going to Be Enough)

This isn’t your average BBQ chicken pizza—it’s a two-sauce, two-fisted flavor slam. We’re starting with a bold base of Smokin’ Ts, then piling it high with shredded chicken tossed in a saucy mix of Smokin’ Ts and Sweet Baby Ray’s. It’s smoky, sweet, tangy, and melts together into cheesy, crusty greatness.
🧂 Ingredients:
For the pizza base:
- 1 pizza crust (homemade, store-bought, or naan-style flatbread)
- 1/3 cup Smokin’ Ts (Original or With A Kick)
For the pulled BBQ chicken:
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 tbsp Smokin’ Ts
- 2 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
- (Optional: 1 tsp brown sugar for extra sweetness)
Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Optional: pickled jalapeños, chopped cilantro, or extra drizzle of Ts for finish
🔥 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (or according to your crust instructions).
- Make the chicken: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Smokin’ Ts, Sweet Baby Ray’s, and brown sugar if using. Stir to coat.
- Assemble the pizza: Spread 1/3 cup of Smokin’ Ts evenly across the crust.
- Sprinkle on cheese, scatter the red onion, and pile on the saucy chicken.
- Bake 10–14 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with cilantro, jalapeños, or even a final drizzle of Smokin’ Ts.
- Slice it up and serve immediately with zero shame and maybe a paper towel.
