(a.k.a. Sprouts That Slap)

Brussels sprouts have come a long way—from soggy childhood trauma to crispy adult obsession. But you haven’t really lived until you’ve had them roasted and glazed with Smokin’ Ts.
These bad boys are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with that smoky, tangy, slightly sweet heat that turns sprout skeptics into believers. They’re addictive. They’re snackable. They’re dangerously good.
🧂 What You’ll Need:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1/3 cup Smokin’ Ts (more for drizzling)
- Optional:
- Crumbled bacon
- Toasted pecans
- Shaved parmesan
- A personal award for “Best Use of a Vegetable”
🔥 How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet, cut side down.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Transfer to a bowl, toss with Smokin’ Ts while hot so they soak up that flavor like champs.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with bacon or something that says “I’m an overachiever.”
😎 Serving Suggestion:
Perfect as a side dish, party snack, or “I ate a whole bowl of Brussels and don’t regret it” moment.
