(a.k.a. The Only Cauliflower That Gets Invited Back)

We know. Cauliflower has been trying real hard to be everything lately—pizza crust, wings, rice, emotional support vegetable. But these Smokin’ Ts BBQ bites? They don’t try. They just are.
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in that smoky, tangy sauce that makes you forget you’re eating a cruciferous vegetable. They’re snackable, dippable, and probably illegal in three states for being this addictive.
🧂 What You’ll Need:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Smokin’ Ts (plus extra for drizzling or dunking)
- Optional: green onions, sesame seeds, ranch, or blue cheese dressing
🔥 How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment (your future self will thank you).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, and salt to make a light batter.
- Toss cauliflower in the batter, shake off excess, and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until starting to brown.
- Remove, toss in Smokin’ Ts, then return to oven for 10 more minutes to caramelize.
- Serve hot, and accept compliments gracefully (or smugly—we don’t judge).
🧡 Serving Suggestion:
Pile onto a platter with toothpicks, drizzle with more sauce, sprinkle with scallions, and watch them vanish faster than your patience in traffic.
