(a.k.a. Leftover Magic Meets Smoky Glory)

Fried rice is the ultimate fridge purge food. Got day-old rice? Random vegetables? Questionable chunks of last night’s protein? You’re already halfway there. But toss in a big, glossy spoonful of Smokin’ Ts and boom—you’ve gone from “eh” to “holy s#*% that’s good.”
It’s smoky, savory, a little sweet, and totally customizable. Use what you’ve got. Just promise us one thing: no peas unless you mean it.
🧂 What You’ll Need:
- 2 cups cold, cooked rice (day-old works best)
- 2 tbsp oil (neutral or sesame)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup mixed veggies (carrots, bell peppers, corn, etc.)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, pork, shrimp, or tofu
- 2–3 tbsp Smokin’ Ts
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Optional: green onions, sesame seeds, sriracha drizzle
🔥 How to Make It:
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and veggies, stir-fry until tender but still sassy.
- Push veggies to one side, scramble the eggs on the other.
- Toss in the rice and protein. Stir-fry to combine and heat through.
- Add Smokin’ Ts and soy sauce, stir until everything’s evenly coated and glossy.
- Top with green onions and whatever makes you feel like a chef.
🍴 Serving Suggestion:
Eat it straight from the pan over the sink while hiding from your responsibilities—or serve it in a fancy bowl with chopsticks and your fanciest “this was planned” face.
