Cereal? Nah. Toast? Please. This is breakfast for the people who believe a little smoke in the morning is better than sunshine. We’re talking golden potatoes, crispy onions, and a fried egg riding shotgun—all brought together with a generous splash of Smokin’ Ts.
It’s everything your brunch needed and none of what your personal trainer recommended. Balance.
🥔 What You’ll Need:
- 2 medium potatoes, diced small
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or bacon fat (live a little)
- Salt, pepper, smoked paprika
- 2 eggs (fried, poached, or just thrown in with love)
- 2–3 tbsp Smokin’ Ts
- Optional: avocado, green onions, shredded cheese, leftover meat (do it)
🔥 How to Make It:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally so you don’t burn your dreams.
- Add bell pepper and onion. Cook until softened and everything smells like winning.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of smoked paprika.
- While that’s cooking, fry up your eggs however you like ‘em.
- Plate the hash, top with eggs, and drizzle Smokin’ Ts like it’s maple syrup but smoky and way better.
- Garnish with whatever makes you feel fancy.
☕ Serving Suggestion:
Serve with a strong cup of coffee and a “don’t talk to me, I’m eating” stare.
